How do I uninstall DESelect Segment Free?

You can uninstall DESelect Segment Free by removing the Installed Package on AppExchange. Once the package is removed, all related configurations, permissions, and components will also be deleted from your account.

Please note that all DESelect data remains stored in our database. If you would like to permanently remove all data from our services, you shall submit a request to support.deselect.com.

Important Notes

• You must have administrator permissions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to uninstall packages.
• Dependencies or references to DESelect Segment Free (e.g., in Journeys or Data Extensions) may prevent uninstallation until those links are removed.

Step by step:

1. Go to Setup in Salesforce Marketing Cloud by clicking on the gear icon.
2. Use the Quick Find box to search for Installed Packages.
3. Locate DESelect Segment Free in the list of installed packages.
4. Click Uninstall next to the package name.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm uninstallation.
6. Choose whether or not to save a copy of the package data.
7. Confirm by checking the box that states you want to permanently uninstall the package, then click Uninstall.
