Troubleshooting Guide: Unable to Install DESelect Search via AppExchange on Salesforce

1. Log in to SFMC, and check your stack number. That is the number that appears in the URL once you have completed the login

In the example below, the stack number is S50.

2. Use the following link to install DESelect Search, but replace S50 with your stack number:
