If you are trying to use DESelect Engage in Journey Builder but when you add the Engage component and click on it the Send list is never populated with your Sends, please verify the following information.
1. You have previously accessed the DESelect Engage app
DESelect can only retrieve certain user information once you have logged in to Engage at least once.
If you are new to the platform, we recommend that you go to AppExchange > DESelect Engage, and open the app at least once.
After doing that, DESelect Engage will create your user, and you'll be ready to go to the next step
2. Verify you have the right user permissions
Engage requires a set of permissions to use the app. To be able to open the Engage component in Journey Builder, make sure you have the Administrator > Users > View permission enabled
After updating the previous information, make sure to log out and back in SFMC, and retry opening the Journey Builder component.
