Manual Recalculation in DESelect Engage

Manual Recalculation in DESelect Engage allows you to apply changes made to rules or priority levels in Sends to your journeys.

Once you have defined Sends they will be populated with colors which determines the saturation level of each Send and assigns a color (this can be seen by hovering on the legend) through a daily recalculation that runs automatically at a scheduled time of your preference.

After your Send has been created, you can make changes in the Send setup (rule, priority level etc.). Normally, these changes will not be taken into account until the daily automatic recalculation occurs. 

After making the changes, a banner will appear asking whether you would like to retrigger the calculation. Once you confirm, the updated changes will be applied as soon as the manual recalculation is completed.

When there is a change to the Data Extension structure (fields) or to the Data Extension source, manual recalculation will not work, and you will need to wait for the next scheduled daily recalculation to occur.
