DESelect Engage allows you to monitor aggregated performance metrics of your sends, per campaign type, customer type, channel, and more.
In the Engage Dashboard click on Reports
You can view the total number of Sends and see how many contacts were included or excluded.
You also have the option to apply more filters and Group By Channel, Campaign Type or Contact Category to customise your reports and gain more insights into your campaign performance.
Note: The data in this report is updated hourly, not in real time, so you might need to wait when evaluating ongoing sends.
