How can I check all the Sends for a specific contact?

In DESelect Engage, you can easily view whether a specific contact has been included or excluded from both past and future Sends, helping you optimize the effectiveness of your rules.

To check all the Sends for a contact:

1.  In your Engage Dashboard click on the Contacts tab

2. Type in the Contact Key of the contact
