Channels are used to send communications to the customer and where we want to control saturation.
For example, you send communications through Email, SMS, and Push, but you want to keep Push out for now, so you select only Email and SMS.
Channels can be created by an Administrator.
How to create a Channel?
- Go to Admin Panel > Channels
Note that by default we have included Email, SMS, and Push
- Toggle on the channels that you want to use
- Optionally, click Add Channel if you have other custom channels to add and fill out the necessary fields required
- Click Save
