Priority is a definition of what different priority levels mean and how we assign priority levels to Campaign types eg. Surveys = priority 80, Newsletters = priority 50, Upsells = priority 20.
This will be used to determine which Campaign Type should be prioritised over the others for example there are 2 more Sends to be sent today, however, you can only send 1 as per the set rule. The one with the higher priority will then be sent.
DESelect Engage can accommodate from Priority 1-100, Priority 1 being the most prioritized value.
Priority Levels can be created by an Administrator.
How to create a Priority?
- Go to Admin Panel > Priority Levels
- Click Add Priority Level
- Add the Label (what the users will see and is customizable) and the Value (actual priority value from 1-100)
- Click Save
