What is a Campaign Type?

Campaign types are different groups of campaigns that the user can send, with a different value proposition for the customer eg. Newsletters, Promotional Campaigns, Event invitations, Surveys.

Campaign types can be created by an Administrator.

How to create a Channel?

1. Go to Admin Panel > Campaign Type
2. Name of the Campaign Type > Add
3. Click Save

Important notes:

• Campaign Types used in Rules and existing Sends cannot be deleted
• There is no limit on the Campaign Types that users can create
