Users can be assigned one of the following 3 roles:
Administrator: Administrator users can view and edit all sections of the Admin Panel. They can also create and edit Sends within DESelect Engage.
Read-only: Read-only users do not have access to the Admin Panel. They can view the Send Calendar in read-only mode and use only the existing Sends in the Journey Builder component.
Campaign Manager: Campaign Manager users do not have access to the Admin Panel. They can create and edit Sends within DESelect Engage.
How to assign user roles in DESelect Engage?
Admin users can control user permissions from the ‘Users’ section in the Admin Panel of DESelect Engage.
- Go to Admin Panel > Users
- Name of the user > choose the ‘Admin’ role
- Click Save
