The ECONNREFUSED error indicates that the connection to the server's IP Address was refused and Marketing Cloud wasn't able to establish a connection.
How to resolve this?
You can check the following:
- Check your network connection.
- Make sure that firewall or proxy are not blocking your connection.
- Try to run your Selection again and the issue might be resolved.
