How to resolve this?
- Examine internally to identify which other systems are making API calls to the SFMC instance and explore ways to reduce their volume. The SOAP API permits up to 2,500 calls per minute; however, DESelect only makes a limited number of calls during a selection process, whether scheduled or manual.
- Consult the Salesforce Status Page to rule out system-wide issues.
