If you encounter “You do not have access” error, please be aware that this issue is most likely due to one of two reasons: either your browser is blocking DESelect cookies from being used, or you have outdated cookies stored in your browser that need to be cleared.
How to resolve this?
You can check the following.
- Log out of SFMC, clear cookies for DESelect on the user's computer, and log in to SFMC and DESelect Segment again. If this didn’t work, go to the next step.
- Check if there are any Chrome extensions active that might be blocking the cookies. If so, deactivate them.
- In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and Security and make sure that:
- Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommend) is enabled
- Block third-party cookies is NOT enabled.
- Under section Block, there is nothing related to DESelect Segment
Note: In other browsers, similar settings need to be checked.
