What is Calendar View?

Calendar View is a feature in DESelect Engage that provides a calendar view of the Sends by month. It allows users to have a holistic view of the status of each Sends that have been added. 

Current and future Sends will be marked with the color label (vertical line left of the Send name).

To prevent text from being cut off and make the Calendar easier to scan at a glance, long Send names now wrap across multiple lines and are positioned not to overlap with action buttons.

You can apply filters to narrow down the displayed results. Available filters are: Name, Chanel, Campaign Type, Tag and Saturation Level. Saturation Levels makes it easy to focus on high-saturation or low-saturation Sends without visual clutter.

You can also filter the view of your Sends by choosing Month, Week or 3 Days view.

By switching to compact "3-day view," it will display today and the next two days. This provides significantly more horizontal space per day, which better accommodates long Send names and makes it much easier to read it.

This feature is especially useful for teams focused on near-term scheduling over the full week.

You can define your own saturation cut-off points across 5 color-coded levels (green → dark red), instead of using fixed thresholds. Defaults are set at 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50%, but each organisation can tailor these to match their audience fatigue tolerance. Under the hood, saturation is now tracked as precise percentages rather than categorical levels, giving more granular and accurate insights. 

These settings can be adjusted in Admin Panel.

How to create a new Send via the Calendar View?

From this view, you can create a new Send.

1. Go to Calendar View
2. Click the + icon from a specific date or Create Send button and fill out the necessary details.
3. Click Save to add the Send to the Calendar.

Saturation Algorithm Calculation Range (30 Days in the future):

All Sends that are outside the 30 days rolling window remain grey in the calendar. No saturation simulation or color assignment occurs. They are excluded from rule evaluation until entering the next 30 days window.
