An Extended Partnership Structure is a framework that goes beyond traditional structure is a dedicated partnership structure tailored for customers with a large number of users or teams (approximately 3+ teams with a total of more than 10 users) involved in the adoption of DESelect. It entails establishing a more intricate hierarchy and specified touchpoints from the implementation process and beyond.
In this structure, there are different roles assigned to ensure effective coordination. This typically includes designating a Super Champion, and Regional or Team Champions. They act as coordinators between different user groups, facilitating communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring that the partnership objectives are met.

Super Champion | User in charge of the partnership on the customer’s side, centralizing the needs of the different teams. | Main point of contact for DESelect. |
Regional or Team Champions |
Team champions are super users in their teams, that can summarize the needs they perceive from their peers/team members. Ideally, they are heavily involved in the operation of DESelect within their teams or countries. We recommend keeping them to 1-2 per country, depending on the team size. |
Knows the details of the implementation stage of their teams, and acts as an admin for the rest of the end users. In contact with the day-to-day of DESelect, can summarize the benefits and pain points of the operation of their teams. |
Regular meetings are scheduled according to a specific cadence to get feedback, define goals, discuss challenges, and align on the next steps. This structured approach helps foster collaboration and ultimately drives success in implementing and utilizing DESelect Segments.
