Including and Excluding folders through the Admin Panel is really helpful when an administrator wants to restrict access from existing folders to DESelect users. However, what happens when you create a subfolder? Will this be included or excluded automatically?
Yes, it will be. When using the including and excluding folders feature, all newly created subfolders will automatically be refreshed every 2 hours.
Depending on the setting of the parent folder, the newly created subfolder will either be automatically included or excluded.
If there is a need to include or exclude a folder immediately and the user does not want to wait for the refresh to happen, then the user (given that the user is an administrator) can manually do the setting for the folder in Admin Panel.
