To start using DESelect Connect, you need to install 2 Installed Packages in Marketing Cloud.
Installed Package for the UI
The first installed package is the UI to do the configuration of your integrations. You can install this package using an admin account with the following link
Installed Package for the API
The second installed package is to receive the data from the tools you integrate and allow DESelect Connect to push that data into Marketing Cloud.
This installed package needs to be installed manually via the following instructions (note: you'll need admin permissions to perform these steps):

- Go to Setup > Platform Tools > Apps > Installed Packages > New
- Enter the following details:
- Name: DESelect Connect S2S
- Description: S2S package to receive data for DESelect Connect
- Click on: Add Component
- Choose: Api Integration
- Click Next
- Choose: Server-to-Server
- Click Next
- In the next screen, enable the checkboxes next to the following permissions:
- Automation > Journeys:
- Read
- Write
- Execute
- Activate/Stop/Pause/Resume/Send/Schedule
- Contacts > List and Subscribers:
- Read
- Write
- Data > Data Extensions:
- Read
- Write
- Automation > Journeys:
- Click Save
- Copy-paste the Client Id and Client Secret and pass them to your DESelect Customer Success Manager
- Click on the Access tab on top of the screen
- Toggle on the Enable integration button for the business units in which DESelect Connect needs to be used.
